ABC GOTUPLAS SAS, as the person responsible for processing personal data in compliance with article 13 of decree 1377 of 2013, informs all its owners that we have updated our policy for the processing of personal data. The update comes as a result of our effort to be aligned with regulatory requirements and the desire to provide holders with clear and simple information about the personal data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it. All the changes or adjustments that we develop are focused on ensuring that the holders can more easily understand aspects related to the information we collect and what we do it for.
